A unique uploaded document page uses one page credit. OCR uses an OCR credit and a processing credit per selected page. Report preparation uses processing credits for selected pages. Saved-result retrieval does not repeat the original processing charge. For CSV/XLSX and text, each 50 accounting rows or nonempty text lines, or part thereof, counts as one document page. Final terms and applicable tax must be shown before purchase.
OCR extracts text from scanned or handwritten pages. It does not certify that a number is correct. Separating OCR from ordinary document capacity lets you select the pages that need extraction and check uncertain results.

Open workspace → Service terms & privacyOriginal-file hashes and recorded activity help trace what was uploaded and reviewed. They do not establish what happened before upload or guarantee admissibility.
Review scope and source references help distinguish selected evidence from excluded records. Excluding a page from processing preserves its original file.
LEDGER MEDIC supports document-based financial analysis. It does not replace a CPA, legal advice or an independent forensic accounting opinion. No verified balance, recovery amount or legal outcome is promised.
The application uses AWS hosting and storage. Pages selected for OCR are processed by AWS Textract; Stripe handles checkout. Detailed service, refund, retention and privacy terms are presented in the application before purchase. Do not email sensitive evidence to the public support address.
