Service
One prepaid review workspace for organizing uploaded invoices, payments and credits into reports linked to their sources. OCR extracts scans and handwriting. Amounts, matches and findings require human source review. No guaranteed savings, recoveries, legal outcome or certified financial balance; this is not legal, tax or accounting advice.
Fulfillment
Access and prepaid allowances are granted after Stripe confirms payment, normally within minutes. If payment completes but access does not appear, resume the same order or contact support; do not purchase again. Customers save their private recovery key. A key gives access to that review workspace and must be kept private.
Usage
Each unique PDF or image page uses one document-page credit. For mapped CSV/XLSX records and UTF-8 TXT notes, each 50 accounting rows or nonempty text lines, or part thereof, uses one document-page credit and no OCR credit; originals and generated results use storage. Each selected page sent to OCR also uses one OCR credit and one processing credit. Preparing a report uses one processing credit per selected page. Retrieving the same completed upload, OCR result or report does not charge again. Changed inputs or a different report use the relevant allowances. Work stops before exceeding an allowance; extra packs are optional.
Term
New-work allowances last 365 days from the original case purchase. Top-ups add allowances to that same case and do not extend its original processing expiry. No subscriptions, automatic renewals, automatic top-ups or calendar resets. Remaining work allowances become unavailable at expiry. Download saved originals and reports during the processing term; expiry does not itself delete them. Continued hosting is not a promise of perpetual storage.
Limits
Supported inputs: PDF, PNG/JPEG/TIFF, mapped CSV/XLSX, and UTF-8 TXT. Files are limited to 4 MiB each. PDF/TIFF documents support up to 50 pages. Images are bounded to 20 million pixels per page and 80 million pixels per document; animated images are not accepted. Accounting files support 2,500 data rows, 80 columns, 4,096 characters per cell, 8 MiB of expanded cell values, and one XLSX worksheet per file; macros and external links are rejected. TXT supports 2,500 nonempty lines of up to 4,096 characters each. A prepared batch supports 10 files and 20 MiB, uploaded sequentially. Each report supports up to 50 selected documents, 250 document-page equivalents and 64 MiB of source. Oversized or unsupported files are rejected without discarding originals or charging for processing that has not started. Handwriting and poor scans can be uncertain and must be reviewed.
Refunds
Request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase if no OCR or report-generation work has started. Duplicate or incorrect charges and a paid service that cannot be delivered are reviewed for correction or refund regardless of that unused-purchase window. Completed work is not automatically refundable merely because the results show no discrepancy. Rights required by applicable law are preserved. Contact support with the Stripe receipt or order ID; never send card details or your recovery key. No recurring plan needs cancellation. A refund or payment dispute suspends case access while the account is reconciled, including after a refunded top-up. Originals are not automatically deleted by a refund; request an evidence export through verified support if needed.
Before purchase
Local file selection does not send documents to the service. If you explicitly allow temporary inspection, selected files are sent to the app server to measure pages and scanned-text needs and, when requested, preview and validate accounting-column mappings; that inspection does not save them to a review workspace, invoke OCR or charge you. The suggested purchase is the lowest-priced available base-plan and capacity-pack combination covering the measured initial work, including bounded storage/processing needs. Additional documents, optional handwriting extraction and additional report runs can change needs. Estimates do not certify document content or financial accuracy. Uploaded documents are validated again; an estimate cannot grant or bypass paid allowances.
Privacy
We process purchase email, case identifiers, uploaded documents, extracted text, reports, usage records and necessary operational/security logs to provide and protect the service. AWS hosts the app and stores evidence in us-east-1. Temporary pre-purchase inspection, when explicitly permitted, uses server memory and temporary working files that are removed when inspection finishes; no review-workspace original is retained by that step. Necessary operational/security logs may still be retained; AWS Textract receives pages selected for OCR. Stripe handles payment details; this app does not store card numbers. Case keys and browser recovery state are stored locally in the customer's browser. No advertising trackers or external paid AI model calls are included in this release. Do not upload records you are not authorized to share; this initial product is not offered for protected health information or other data requiring a special agreement that has not been signed.
Retention
Originals and saved results are not automatically deleted at processing expiry. Contact verified support to request access, correction, export or deletion. We verify case ownership before acting. Deletion includes applicable retained document versions and derived results; limited payment, fraud-prevention or legally required records may be retained separately. We do not promise immediate deletion from backups or a specific backup-removal deadline until that operational schedule is confirmed. Keep your own copies; the service is not your only archive.
